Yoga on the beach with Sarah is a summer highlight! Sarah crafts a class that flows seamlessly and she always offers helpful modifications while encouraging participants to listen to their bodies. Sarah is a welcoming presence and eager to share the benefits of yoga with all participants, regardless of skill level or experience. I always leave Sarah’s classes feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Sarah has helped me gain a deep appreciation for the practice of yoga and her class is a spectacular way to start the day in beautiful mid coast Maine!

Yurt yoga is the perfect way to embrace winter! The walk to the yurt is magical, Sarah guides us through a terrific class, and the snacks and drinks at the end make for the ideal day. Highly recommend! You can do with a buddy, or on your own (you’ll make new friends while there!)
